The founder

The person behind AcuityEPC

Philip St John Green has spent four decades in capital projects — starting as an apprentice and most recently as Global President of Project Delivery for a 50,000-person EPC company. His career spans every phase of project delivery, from engineering and construction through to executive leadership and board accountability.

That journey brings something no methodology can: pattern recognition built over forty years — an understanding of what project reports say, and what they tend not to say. Knowing how teams behave under pressure, and what they genuinely need to turn things around, comes from having been in that position, accountable for the outcome, many times over.
